Payment Information Best and most common way is payment in advance. It means that we send the order direct after we see that you have paid the money on our bank account. The given sum on your order can be paid via SWIFT/BIC=SWEDSESS IBAN number SE7980000821499840299599.. For credit card payments we use PayPal. There is no account requirement with PayPal.com to pay online. For increased security an encrypted connection is established with PayPal.com. After succesful payment your browser will automaticlly return you to our webshop to complete your order. NOTE! It is at highest importance that you DO NOT close your browser window after payment is complete. Registration We never save and record sensitive information, such as credit card information. We will not disclose, use or sell your information. By signing up, you give your consent that we store your information. You can unsubscribe whenever you want. Order Confirmation When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail with information about your order. Take the habit to always check your order confirmation so that everything looks OK. If you have any questions about your order please contact our customer service immediately at info@livita.eu. Please save the order confirmation, as it will be needed at any contacts with our customer service. Would you like to change or cancel an order it must be made within one (1) hour after the order has been completed (weekdays). Rates The price shown at the time of purchase, it is applicable. Our prices are inclusive VAT. It is your obligation as a customer to read our terms and conditions before ordering. LIVITA reserve the right on "misprint" in the prices displayed on the page. Deliveries A normal delivery takes about 3-7 working days unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. However it might take longer to some countries depending on their rules and regulations. Return / Withdrawal You have 14 days to return our product of the date purchased. Valid only if the product is sent back intact and in unbroken condition, well packed. Returned as ordinary package or letter. Return cost must be paid by you. Please send an e-mail to info@livita.eu before returning any of our products. LIVITA is not due for repayment to the complaints regarding treatment results, if the customer can not demonstrate that the correct treatment method has been used.
